How do you replace the accessory ac belt on a 1991 Honda Civic 4-door and is there a tensioner and where is it?

When changing the timing belt, you must also change the water pump and belt tensioner. While the belt is off, you want to check the front crankshaft seal for any leakage. if no leakage is found you don't need to replace it. You should also replace the accessory drive belts, as they will already be off to replace the timing belt.
which belt's? all of the accessory belts like power steering, a/c, and aternator are pretty easy. you just have to loosen the tensioning bolt enough to slip the belt off. then slip a new one on and retighten the tensioner. however, if you're talking about the timing belt, that's a much bigger process.
The 2006 4 Door Civic LX Sedan takes special Honda wipers only. You have to go to the dealer to get them. (They're not listed in aftermarket catalogs) Not sure why they designed them like this, but they did! The coupe wipers on the other hand are more universal and you can get aftermarket replacements.
