take loose the moter mount on top next to the power steering. on top are three screws and you take them loose and take off a small bracket and move the up the tensioner and disconnect the belt.

There's a big, black plastic cover over the blower motor under the hood under the firewall. It's just behind the alternator.

Locate the fuel filter on the 1996 Skylark frame rail. While covering the fitting with a rag, loosen the fuel lines, and remove the filter. Take the filter off, and connect the lines to the new filter, keeping the flow arrow towards the front of the car.
