the alternator is removed from below and there is three bolts (10 mm socket) that need removed. one of these bolts is on the other side of alternator. use a small mirror to see this bolt. Don't forget to disconnect battery!!!
The alternator is mounted low on the back side of the engine.
To replace lamps the cluster must be removed.
TPS usually means throttle position sensor, and it doesn't have a "cable".
Simply raise the car and support the engine on a jack, then unbolt it.
the converter is blocked inside. you have to replace it.
Replace the transmission computer. Located under the center console.
According to one of Fords websites : For a 1994 Mercury Villager , 3.0 liter V6 : The radiator cap is ( 13 PSI )
A Villager is not equipped with any kind of GPS device.
I would suggest you get a Haynes repair manual. Number is 64200. It is the same as a Mercury Villager.
The 1994 Mercury Villager has a 3.0 litre V6 engine from the factory : ( it has 6 engine cylinders )
According to one of Fords websites : For the 3.0 litre V6 engine in a 1994 Mercury Villager : ( the spark plugs are gapped at .032 inch )
