First you need to read the back of the fob. On the back is the number of the watch battery that you need to purchase. These numbers are important as the "button" batteries come in about 18 different sizes, and the size you need is usually sold in sets of two. After purchasing the battery, get a piece of white paper and put under your working surface...that screw is VERY tiny. Remove the screw and carefully remove the back of the fob. Inside you will find the batteries in a metal assembly. One can easily remove the battery with a flick of the fingernail. Carefully insert the new battery printed side up into the assembly, making sure that the spring metal is firmly seated against the side of the battery.
