I finaly found out how to replace these license plate lamps.
I open the trunck, removed all the 15 screw that retain the big brown plastic panel.
Then remove the panel and remove the center stop light (3 mores screw).
Finaly, remove directly the bulb housing by the rear by unscrewing them with the hand.
And remove the bulb from the housing.
This is all wrong. Open your trunk, look up where the wires lead to, grab the housing of the bulb and twist about a quarter turn counter clockwise.
Above is a second accent syllable.
To replace the turn signal flasher in a 1998 Hyundai Accent, locate the flasher on the driver's side just above the brake pedal mount. The flasher is a plug-in device with three prongs. Unplug the old plug and plug in the new plug.
there should be 2 screws above license plate, take the off piece pops off and replace lights
