The physical removal isn't too difficult (and involves removing the center console panels, including the one around the shift knob), but the connectors that Lexus uses in this car's audio system are proprietary and do not interface with typical aftermarket units. I strongly recommend that you have this done by a respectable car audio shop. They will know what to do.
