you have to remove lines under hood located on passenger side after evacuating freon from the system then remove glove box you will see that the box behind there seperates and comes out just the section that the evaperator core is in the expansion valve is inside this box which splits in half after removing the screws open the box you will see exspansion valve where lines from outside hook up
