First take off the two screws from the botton of the door. Take out the screws from the handle that open the door. Take the screw out from the upper right corner by the window and then just pull the triangular plastic off. It should be pop out. take the door handle off after you took all the screws off. After that put a little strength and pull the door trim from the botton and work yourself up. Dont be scared to pull the door will not brake. Everything is pop out after you have taken off the screws so pull. After that there should be 3 to 4 screws securing the speaker take those off and pull the speaker out. Put whatever speaker you are putting in and make sure you grab the positive wire (should be 2 colors) and the negative wire should be 1 color.
