remove the wheel, remove the dust cap, remove the cotter pin and the nut it holds in place, remove wheel bearings...put new ones in the same way they came out, pack liberally with wheel bearing grease and tighten to spec. measure the initial torque required to turn the wheel assembly

if any of this doesnt make sense, dont even attempt it yourself. your wheel could fall off at speed and kill you/other people.
