Depressureize the system by starting it up and unhooking the wiring harness the the fuel pump until it stalls then hook it back up and go under the passenger side underneth the rail about middle way and un hook making sure you get the inlet hooked up correct but it is marked
I replace it every other oil change
The cabin air filter on a 1994 Toyota 4Runner is located behind the glove compartment. It filters are which comes from the outside and air which is recirculated inside the cabin.

The oil filter is found by looking in the behind the dirver's side front tire.
I do not believe it has one. Look in your owners manual to be sure. Or call your local Toyota dealer.
