I have a 1994 Ford E150 and encountered the fuel filter surprise too. I went to advanced auto parts and was sold a kit of round plastic special split fittings for $10 that clip around the filter nipple and are pressed into the fuel line fitting that releases an internal keeper and will release from the filter nipple. Assuming Ford has kept this same design it might work. I haven't tried it yet because I just went to the auto parts store tonight. I guess hose clamps didn't work well enough huh? I used the plastic split ring fitting today and got it to work after a little persuasion. The fuel line did not just pop free from the filter. So just go to the auto parts store and tell them what you need to do and I'm sure they'll be glad to sell you the $10 kit of plastic fittings. It's a simple design but hose clamps are just so easy and everyone knows how to use them. If this is a Ford thing they've lost some respect from me.
On a 2002 Ford E-150 : The Mass Air Flow Sensor is INSIDE a round shaped plastic housing located between the engine air filter and the engine air intake tube
Inside the transmission.
It is usually found in , or by the iar filter.
The fuel filter could be located on the drivers side frame rail , possibly close to the drivers door if you have a gasoline engine under the hood.
On my 2000 E150 with 4.6L engine, the PCV valve fits in a rubber grommet in the center of the valve cover, with an insulated line running to the intake manifold.
How do I replace the heater core in a 1999 Ford e150 conversion van
Follow the fuel line from the tank forward. It should be located on the frame just ahead of the rear wheel. It is an inline filter.

The cabin air filter is located under the passenger side dashboard, behind the glove box. There is a good youtube video on how to do it step by step.
According to the 2010 Ford E-150 owners manual : It has a lifetime fuel filter integrated with the fuel tank (so no maintenance / changing is required )
if so it would be between the door and gas tank inline....prolly back around the tank...itll be round and silver........
