Best way I have found is to remove the truck bed.. Remove the handfull of bolts that hold the bed on then have 3 to 4 of your friends help you lift off the bed and put it on swahorses,,,,then you have full access to the top of the tank to replace the pump assembly... some people think it is easier to drop the fuel tank but I didnt find that to be so!!
