How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 1991 Toyota Corolla?

well if its the passenger side its easy its a 9004 type bulb. look directly behind the headlight after you open your hood. there should be a wire harness going to your light. theres a little clip which you press down and pull carefully. once that is done there is a ring made of plastic that is holding the bulb in place rotate that counterclockwise and pullit out the bulb should just come out after that. if its the drivers side then you gotta either loosen the battery holddown strap and push your battery out the was a little bit or manage to fit your hand in there but there may be a risk in reinstalling the bulb if you dont move the battery.

when its time to reinstall the bulb make sure not to touch the lens of the bulb and place it in the hole then put the plastic ring on it and turn it clockwise and reconnect the harness and eureka! your done
