"You remove the air intake, battery, and may need to remove the anitfreeze resivoir next to the battery. Then you can reach the bulbs from the back. Yo will no longer need to remove the bumper, taking out the housing is a pain. Just make sure you have the stereo + nav code when you take out the battery."

The headlight assembly on a 1998 Acura Integra is held on by brackets. To remove them loosen the bolts on the brackets. Pull the housings off. Install the new housings by placing them on the brackets.
You replace the bulb the same as a 1998, which is answered further down the page.

the headlight assembly needs to come out in order to change the bulb ive had to do that to my 98 as well.
There are two clips on the wall that holds the headlights. Push the clips away and pull the headlight housing out.
