my husband and i just finished doing that... get ready for a hard time... its under the dash against the fire wall! you need to remove the entire interior from the center concil forward!!! it is really a pain but once you get to it it is easy from there, make sure you drain your coolant before disconnecting it... it makes a mess inside the car if you forget (we did) make sure you keep and label all the screws, pieces and such as you take the interior apart... they only go back together one way! trust me on this and save yourself a big headech! good luck
