You're talking about the blower motor in the truck's HVAC compartment? The HVAC compartment is located behind the dash, next to the passenger side door. So you'll have to remove the dash panel to access it. In most Class 7/8 trucks, you can figure it out as you go along.. unfortunately, the T300 is a model I've never worked on, so I can't really provide instructions on that.

There is no heater motor - the T&C draws heat from the engine coolant which runs through the heater core. What you're thinking of would be the blower motor. That can be found in the HVAC compartment on the right hand side of the vehicle, behind the furthest vent to the right on the dash.

You can drain the coolant from the radiator drain plug and just refill it or you can flush out the complete system including the radiator, heater core, heater hoses, block and replace the thermostat and the refill it back up...........
