You need to first take the cover off and if on left side. pull a tab down and remove
The washer bottle funnel needs to be revoved first for left light. It just wiggles out.
You must ensure the ignition if off for at least 30 min, there is a Xeon capacitor that gives a kick. Ideally do not toach this
Then remove anticlockwise the build holder and bulb.
Replace with new bulb in holder, do not touch glass, insert into build holder and then into hole. Twist clockwise to secure. Gentle since only small metal lugs hold it in place
Replace cover but remember the dready capacitor above. The cover has to also be wiggled into position without dropping
All operations are very tricky and fiddley since their is little space to work, most of all replacing the cover. Tip is to use sellotape so cover can be retrieved
There are two bolts which hold the whole unit to car body. I was tempted to remove them and then the whole would come out making fitting easire but withdrew when told there are springs and adjusters behind and the headlight would need to be re-aligned with garage equipment. Good luck to everybody doing this tricky one

Hi, I'm no pro mechanic but assuming that you have a vectra B, i have had to replace the headlight bulbs on mine and i believe that you require; 1x pair of H7 bulbs (Dipped beam) 1x pair of 501 bulbs (Sidelights) 1x pair of H1 bulbs (main beam) NB: Not all vectras take the H1 bulbs, mine does not anyway so i have 4x H7 bulbs, but of course i think this depends on the type of bulb holders your vectra has.
