This is yet another Jeep engineering SNAFU that makes me crazy and instead of getting up on a soapbox again about those sort of things I'll just answer the question.
There is no other way to change the lightbulb unless you have small hands and don't mind scraping the skin off your small hands on the sharp sheet metal. I've done it both ways and I bled all over. So......take your pick and look at the battery removal option as an opportunity to do some preventive maintenance on your battery tie downs and cables. They could probably use it anyway.

You replace the bulb by twisting a plastic ring 1/4 turn located behind the headlight. The passenger side is hard to get to without removing the battery but can be done. If you remove the battery make sure you reset the alarm after you reconnect by unlocking the drivers door with the key.
The battery on a Ferrari F430 is located in the front trunk compartment, underneath the carpeted panel on the passenger side. You can access it by removing the panel and then disconnecting the terminals to replace the battery.

REPLACE THE PASS SIDE HEADLIGHT
it is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the headlight assembly to replace it.
Passenger side go in from under the hood and find the socket. Remove it and replace the bulb. Drivers side is a different story. You have to remove the battery to get at the socket.
It is on the passenger side of the car under the hood, mounted on the finder. It is under the battery box behind the Right headlight. The battery and the battery box must be removed to access it to work on it or replace it.
After removing the securing screws on top, you have to pull the headlight unit forward. You might have to flex the bumper fascia down a little to get a grip, as you'll need to pull assertively to disengage the retainer clip on the bottom of the unit.
To replace the LED headlight on a 2013 Cadillac Escalade, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. Remove the headlight assembly by unscrewing the retaining screws and gently pulling it out. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the headlight, then replace the old LED bulb with a new one, ensuring it is securely in place. Finally, reassemble the headlight assembly, reconnect the battery, and test the new headlight.
