i havent done the brakes on the rear of mine yet, but im sure its going to be the same as the front. for the most part anyway, start by loosening the nuts on the wheels, then jack up one side and remove the nuts the rest of the way and remove the wheel. with the wheel off find the appropriate socket to remove the two bolts holding the caliper in place. with these removed you carefully slide the caliper out and remove the pads. uncover the master cylinder because you may need to adjust the piston on the caliper so that your new pads will fit over your rotor. i think now would be a good time to check your rotor for grooves, seeings how you are already there, if they are smooth for the most part slap in your new pads, adjust the piston (a c-clamp and a peice of flat metal works wonders) and put everything back together. you wont need to bleed the brakes as you havent undone any of the brake lines to let air in. put the wheel back on put the nuts on and there you go, one side done. same theory applies to the other side. if you have to replace the rotors, its best to completely compress the piston, or else you are going to do alot of banging and swearing and get no where. hope this helps.
