Remove the interior panels.
Then remove the two bolts for the middle side an then slide the door back a bit. Have your Helper holding the door off the van at this point.
Then remove the two bolts for the lower slide.
Now remove one of the upper bolt step out and hold on to the door, remove the last bolt.
Now just slide the door off the middle slide since it was bolted between the outer panel and the inner panel.
