Spark plugs can be changed by removing the front wheels and taking off the inner fender flap. Do this carefully so you can reattach it. Then you need a ratchet wrench with some extensions and swivel. Once you do this, the plugs come out pretty easily. This is how I do it-from underneath. As for the wires someone else will need to give you an easy way- I just did it one at a time working top and bottom careful to route them correctly.
