You have to remove the panel on the valve covers, 4 bolts, and under them are the plugs.

You must open the hood. Then locate the engine. Feel the side of the engine; Is it soft to the touch? Rub it and whisper that you mean it no harm. The spark plugs will then fall out under it.
Yeas, they are under plastic plate tigthtened with two screws and brand name ROVER on it. H.T wires are mounted on each of four spark plugs
The 2007 Yamaha R6S is a 599cc forward inclined in-line 4 cylinder engine. It uses 4 spark plugs that are accessible by removing the driver seat, lifting the front of the fuel tank, removing the air box and filter, the heat shields and finally the coils that connect to the tops of the plugs. At a dealer the service cost to replace plugs can be upwards of $400 due to the labor time needed to access them.
i have a 2003 navigator and they say $400 for the label + spark plug maybe you can do it you sale is not to hard and save some money i do my..
If someone who knows what they're doing changed them, it's hard to guess. If someone incompetent changed them, they may have hooked the wires up in the wrong order.

that should have the HEI distributor so the plugs should be set at .045
Remove the air intake ducting. Remove the top engine plastic cover. Remove the black plastic covers over the spark plugs & wires. (They're about 2 ft long, grooved, run from front to rear and also cover the distributors & timing belts) Gap new plugs to 1.1mm (0.043 in.)
For a tune up on a Lexus LS 400 you will want to purchase spark plugs, wires, a cap and rotor, and new gas and oil filters. You should do an oil change when you do a tune up.
