On the black top dash cover there are two plastic inserts at the far sides. You will see a small slot about 1/8 inch wide and 1/2 inch long. stick a flat head screw driver in he slot and pop the insert off. You can now remove two screws with a Phillips head screw driver. pull the black top cover straight out towards you (not upwards) and the speakers should be accessible.
