The thermostat housing for the 99 Voyager is located on the top of the motor, follow the top radiator hose to the engine, there you will find the housing ( lefthand side) undo the bolts and remove, remember to replace the gasget as well, then just reassemble the same as you removed it. Darlene
Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine and there you will find a housing with the thermsstat inside. When replacing the thermostat make sure the spring goes toward the engine.

Remove upper hose to the engine, then remove the 2 bolts holding the thermostat housing on, then remove thermostat, replace with new one plus gasket, put the housing back on, hose back on, refill with all fluids lost and your done. really simple.
Right at the engine head, where the top radiator hose meets it. That is the thermostat housing. Clean it real good when dismantling and replace the new thermostat with the spring facing the engine.
