It is pretty much the same for all 1995-1999 eclipse Turbo on non-turbo. First look for your radiator cap. There should be 2 bolts take both of and simply take off the thermostat and stick on the new on. Make sure to get a new seal when you buy the thermostat the old one and put a new one in. Also I think the turbo engines have 3 bolts, take all three off when taking off your thermostat. Also wait a while if you just turn off your car make sure there is no water pressure through the water hose that goes form your thermostat housing to the radiator, simply squeeze the hose with a towl, if you can simply squeeze it with ease there is no pressure, if you can berly squeeze it it still has pressure. Have a towl handy and let your car cool down at lest 1 hour and a half or more.

Very simple, follow the top radiator hose to where it ends, there will be a silver thermostat housing there with 2 bolts. Remove the 2 bolts and replace the thermostat. Make sure you put it back in the same way it was taken out.
