Start off by removing the top engine cover carefully so that it does not brake............
Drain the cooling system.
- Partially drain the cooling system.
- Remove the air cleaner assembly.
- Remove the radiator outlet hose from the thermostat housing.
- Remove the bolts securing the thermostat housing to the water pump inlet.
- Remove the thermostat and the gasket from the water pump housing.
