Very easy.
-there's four little bolt holding the big fan onto the water pump...loosen them a little.
-remove the belt by turning the tensioner
-remove those four bolts holding the fan on.
-remove the thick hose that goes into the water pump.
-remove all bolts holding the water pump onto the engine...get ready for a fair amount of coolant to pour out
-scrape the remaining gasket material from the engine...it's very important that you do a good job at this or your new pump will leak.
-put new gasket material on the engine or the new pump (don't use too much, more is not better here)
-bolt down the new water pump
-put everything back on the way you took it off...open the radiator cap, turn the truck on, and keep filling it up until it doesn't bubble anymore.
-put the cap back on and have a drive...let it cool when you're done driving and open the radiator cap back up and fill it to the top if necessary.
