To replace the weatherstripping on 1998 Nissan Altima you have to use needle-nose pliers and a razor blade knife to remove the cracked, brittle weatherstripping. Then, cut underneath it with the razor blade and pull the weatherstripping out with the needle-nose pliers. After that scrape off any old glue stuck to the door frame with the razor blade knife. At the end spread a thin layer of glue from the weatherstripping kit onto both the door frame and the weatherstripping and allow the glue to dry.
