Quite easily, IMO. I replaced two.
It's been about 10 years ago, but...if I remember correctly...Take the cover off of the arm rest (where the window controls are)...you'll see the entire piece, sitting in a pocket. I believe it's screwed in...unscrew it...lift it out...unplug the wires from it & replace it with a new one...in reverse order.
Hope that helps.
how do you get to and replace the wiper moter on a 97 marquis

how to replace1994 grand drivers side power window motor
It's all part of a kit. You'll have to replace the whole kit to gain success.
Take it to a repair shop.
The motors were installed with rivets at the factory. You need to use a drill and drill out the rivets to remove the motor. The replacement motors come with screws and bolts to replace the rivets.
it is on the firewall and difficult but not impossible to get to and replace.

i can help fix your window problems with rebuilding the motor with 1/4 20 nuts and the window will never break again you see the problem is the gears they use are plastic there made to fail u replace them with metal ones the problems solved i can do it for 300 all four windows
Take off the inside door panel, (pull plastic clips, usually spaced 8-9") remove wire connection then mounting bolts. Just reverse process to install.
it's a complete kit. You can get one at a Junk Yard or from auto parts.
It will, though technically it is illegal to istall on older motor into a newer car for emissions reasons.
