The vent door actuator is operated from the engine vacuum. If the vent control doesn't respond to your demand check the vacuum supply line from the engine, it may be damaged or disconnected. Do this before you tear apart the dash and HVAC box.

1. remove the radio bezel , unplug plug 2. remove radio , unplug plugs 3. remove left and right vent ducts 4. remove center vent duct 5. remove actuator three 8mm screws , remove plug 6. installation is reverse
the actuator door is above the actuator motor which is above the floor vent ducts in the middle of the dashboard at the bottom easy fix on F- 150 on a Expedition you have to remove the middle console first to even get to that section of the dashboard.
The temp blend door actuator has failed.
Driver side below the dash and right next to vent it has a hole in it that ties to a shaft inside the vent i think there is two screws that hold it in place.

You need to remove the vent window assembly to remove and replace the door glass
The heater door control on a Blazer can be replaced by purchasing a new one. The heater vent will pop out with a little nudge from a flat tipped screw driver. Then insert the new heater vent door control.
