Changing wiper inserts is becoming a thing of the past and its really hard to find the correct insert just short of purchasing from your dealer and then the price from the dealer is so close to just purchasing full wiper blades aftermarket, you may want to re-consider. That said, you bend or pry open one end and then try to pull it out.
