To remove the rear wiper arm on a Honda Odyssey, first, lift the wiper arm away from the window. Look for a small cap at the base of the wiper arm and gently pry it off with a flathead screwdriver to expose the nut. Use a socket wrench to loosen and remove the nut. Finally, gently wiggle the wiper arm to pull it off the shaft.
Remove the 2005 Honda Odyssey rear wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.
To replace the rear wiper motor, remove the wiper arm from the rear windshield of the Honda Odyssey. You will then need to remove the motor cover and the shaft nut. Next you need to remove the paneling from the inside of the rear hatch; this gives you access to swap out the motor.
Remove the rear wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.

The 2008 Honda Odyssey takes a special 16" rear wiper blade. See related link below. It has the integrated xx-B wiper arm attachment. Extremely easy installation once you get the right blade.

You simply lift it up and tilt the wiper blade up from the arm. Good luck finding a replacement other than the Honda dealer.
