You could contact ICE at (866) 347-2423. However, I don't believe they would actually do anything unless there was some other illegal or suspicious activity going on. The current climate of Immigration appears to be that being hear without permission appears to be a very low priority for federal immigration law enforcement officials.
The question we all want to know is "Why(?)" report an undocumented resident? Any resident in the US; documented or not is a resident of the locale they reside in; just like you. The advantage you may have is that your descendants came off the boats before borders went up (which weren't up when the ships arrived).
Now that being addressed; to report you contact your local authorities and "report" whomever you want. The authorities will then follow up, if they deem it necessary.
Unfortunately, no one seems to care. The system is so broken you would be wasting your time.
Contact INS or the Department of Homeland Security.
Criminal activity is reported by calling the police.
you turn him in to the police
Report that he/she is an illegal alien.
No, it is your duty.
The local police and Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Yes, you can.
Don't involved directly so just call 911 and report the situation.
Marriage is recognized by the US , but they must report it when they get home. It does not affect their alien status.
Illegal alien stands for illegal imagrant!
I do not think there is an illegal alien, but there is such thing as alien
'Illegal alien citizen' is an oxymoron.
An alien is not illegal as long as she/he has documentation of status. An alien who is documented to be a permanent resident is not illegal. If the alien does not have and never has had documentation of an immigration status, then that person is an illegal alien.
it is illegal
A person can not legalize their girlfriend or boyfriend if they are an illegal alien. If the person is married to an illegal alien, they can file for a Visa from the INS.
