How can you demand answers from WikiAnswers?
You cannot demand answers from WikiAnswers on your questions. WikiAnswers does not answer your questions, it is the members of this community that answer your questions. You can request for your question to be answered but not demand for the same.

Not as far as I'm aware. I've merged questions many times, and not received a confirmation email.

On WikiAnswers, regular users can't delete questions. You can write to support @ answers.com and request the deletion of a question though, or get your account deactivated so that your username isn't associated with questions that you have asked anymore.

You can search if there are sufficient questions on the category you are good in, in wikianswers. If you find atleast a 50 questions, you can request an y of the supervisors to help you form a new subcategory for that topic. You can also press the *NEW QUESTIONS* button next to unanswered questions which has a mix of many different topics!

You can request to have the password sent you via your email address. All you have to do is provide your email address and answer some questions if they ask.

It may take a few days for your category request to be approved and added by a Community Assistant onto WikiAnswers. Community Assistants are very busy on the whole of WikiAnswers, but will try to sort out the category request ASAP. For the most chance of getting a category added remember to include in the email where it would be placed and if there are sufficient questions to fill it (we look for 50+ questions in the category before making it, however exceptions can be made).

Questions are protected in cases where it has become an object of argument or vandalism to ensure that only the best possible answer remains on the site.
