Federal or state court? If you know the federal court the class action was in, you might be able to pull the docket (the case history) from the PACER service (see related link). Google is not a bad place to start either. If its a shareholder class action, you can try the Stanford website (see related link). If you are really stuck, leave me a message on my board. Good luck.
The best way is to become a member of the class action. If you want to find out about class actions, a good way to do that is through a database service that allows you to search through new, current and old class action lawsuits, as well as create a portfolio of the types of products and services you use. Once your profile is in place, you will be notified when and if a class action becomes active for those product/service providers. One such service I highly recommend is Class Action Watchdog. You can check it out further by visiting the Class Action Lawsuit News site (http://www.classactionlawsuitnews.com) and clicking on the Create a Case Portfolio to learn more. B. Baker

It is unlikely that a lawsuit closed 15 years ago can be reopened due to various legal limitations, such as statutes of limitations. However, if new evidence emerges or there was a miscarriage of justice, it may be possible to file a motion to reopen the case, but success is not guaranteed. It would be best to consult with a legal professional to assess the specific circumstances of the case.
