Clark 3-dial TSA002 combo lock, do the following: 1) Position the lock so if you're looking straight at it, the lock is set on it's large flat side, with the combo numbers on the right side and the n-shaped clasp open on the left. 2) Pull the clasp straight up and rotate it counter clockwise 180 degrees and press it down. 3) While holding the clasp down at the 180 degree location, dial in your new combo. 4) After the new combo is set, release the downward pressure on the clasp, continue rotating it counter clockwise to the lock position and you're done.
