anti pollution system warning ! Not critical at all .
have vehicle scanned to determine the problem
You have to read the code, repair the cause of the code, and reset the code with a scan tool.
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner
Correct the fault which is causing the light to come on and it will go out on it's own.
Your problem is not the warning light. The light is on because there is a problem with the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS). Have it repaired and they will reset the light.

If your brake warning light is on, and for reasons that you are not aware of, you should NOT be driving this vehicle. If you know what is causing the brake warning light to come on, have remedied the problem, but the warning still persists, then you will have to take your car to a shop that is equipped for working on these brakes. And if the car is equipped with traction control/anti-lock brakes, the system is a lot more sophisticated, and near impossible for the home mechanic to work on anymore.
The only way to completely reset the anti theft system on a 1999 Ford Windstar is to unhook the battery for 45 minutes. Once you hook the battery back up, the anti theft will be reset and any warning lights will be off.
Leave the key in the ignition and let the anti-theft light flash. Let the key in for about ten minutes, and when the light stops flashing, the system is reset.
Your anti theft alarm is disarmed
