bmw 645ci drivers rear passenger tire replaced brand new tire twice is now flat againand has been checked out by three different tire dealers unable to find the problem...car is 2005 and I am second owner car has only 34000 miles

Assuming that you are referring to the low air warning for the tires, it should reset itself after the correct tire pressure is returned to the low tire. If it does not reset then you may have a bad sensor in the wheel.
There is no tire pressure warning manual reset for the Astra. Make sure that the tires are properly inflated, and let the engine run for about 10 minutes. If the system is working correctly, then it will reset itself.
As far as I know , once the tire is inflated to the correct pressure " range " and you drive the vehicle , after 1 minute the warning will reset itself
