You need to contact the lock company. They will reset it or tell you how it can be done. You may need a new password.
If you have forgotten or do not have the phone lock code then the only way around it is to perform a master reset. A master reset changes the phone settings back to the manufacturer default settings. You need to do a master reset or if it is the Simcard lock keep guessing until you get to the enter puk screen and call T-Mobile and they will tell you the code
