Here is the way!!! engine must be at operating temp for this to work 1 Set blower to high (A/C Compressor OFF) 2 set mode to panel/vent (throuth the dashboard) 3 open all of the said vents 4 Set temp lever(s) to cold 5 press rear wash and wiper buttons at same time and hold 6 Let it do its thing (to my understanding this is a calibration test of the system, it will go from hot to cold, and throuth all the vents, and all the lights will blink this is normal) 7 at end of this test (took between 3 and 5 min on my van) the wiper button will flash, push it and this is all done.
The under hood fuse box is next to the battery on a 1997 Plymouth Voyager.
If the car will not start after replacing the battery, then the battery was not the problem. If it will not turn over, you may have a bad starter or bad connection. If it turns over but will not start you either have no fuel or no spark. You will have to determine which.
Under the hood, next to the battery.
between battery and fender (driver side)
In the front driver side beside the battery .
Dead battery and/or alternator.
Take the positive battery conn off for an hour
In the fuse box, next to the battery.
Pull the fuse.
Group 34 Approx 600 cold crank amps.
It could, if the lights are on all the time.
i had the exact same problem with our 91 voyager, i cleaned the battery terminals and the problem went away immediately
