Get in your van with your key fob and shut the door. Do NOT put your foot on the brake! Press the start button once (this will turn on the accessories in the van). Again, do NOT put your foot on the brake! Press AND hold the trip odometer reset button while pressing the start button again. Your center console status screen (not the nav screen) should say something like "Resetting oil maintenance interval" with like a five/six block status bar. Once that status bar is filled and it reports that it's done, let go of the trip odometer reset button. No more message for 5,000 miles (you might get another one at 7,500 miles).
