Hi you can't reset the brake pad warning light, you need to refit old pad wear indicator wire into slot on bottom of inner pad, and feed wire through, re connect it and should be good, or you can pick up new set of wire quite cheap, so just replace and do the same as above, thanks claire
the light came up on mine i cut the wire of on the sensor end hooked the wires up together problem solved
The brake light on the Vauxhall Vectra has a circle with 6 lines around it. When this light appears the vehicle is telling the driver that it is time to replace the brakes.
look on the vectra forums
its the light to say the traction control is turned off
its a mechanical warning light get it checked by a garage
sounds like brake fluid level is still too low or the switch on the handbrake is faulty causing the light to stay on. ----- It could also indicate that your rotors are wearing thin.
The Vectra warning light is called the engine management warning light. It tells you that you need to get your Vectra checked by a mechanic.
most probaily( breaks ) some thing to do with worn pads or discs
you need to take the car to garage . its normally a dead lambda or o2 sensor . easy fix
my was falt in drivers seat belt but there are heaps of other things that can bring this problem up
this also illuminates when brake fluid is low either your brake pads are worn out or you have a leak
