its probably on the front right side of the axle and you just unscrew it and put a new one in if you are lucky. I just changed mine in my Chevrolet silverado and had to put in a new wiring harness ------------------------------------------ On a 97 Blazer it is underneath the battery. Remove the battery and the plate it sits on. It is below there.
