mine was a little tricky. but if you have the navigation system, you push and hold the button in the top right that has the clock/temp and all of the other stuff. this bring up a screen. scroll down to engine oil life (should be near the bottom) push that, then hit the reset button to the right. it should go back to 100%. mine wouldnt, but after a few tries and three different people, it did.
