If you mean reset the computer: remove the battery negative cable for a few minutes.If youhave security codes on the radio write them down before removing the cable. Replace the cable and the ECM should be reset.

Go to http://autos.msn.com/ and put in geo/prizm... then look up the year of the prizm...1996... click on features and specs. Scroll down, and you'll find the horsepower of a 1.6 liter 1996 geo prizm. I found it to be 100 horsepower.

try a local parts store some of them read the codes for free and will reset them for you otherwise you have to take it to a garage.

have you checked your motor mounts?
Take it to a mechanic, and have them erase the codes. Auto zone and advance will not do it as they are not mechanics
