How do you revive a newborn dying puppy my dog just had puppy's one is very healthy but the other is so tiny it is not even able to suck milk it is sad watching it...die please give me a result?

rub the body vigorously, make sure the throat is clear, keep the puppy warm in soft towels & force feed formula or, if you can, express some milk from mom and you fee the puppy. Feed the puppy often - the formula should be warm - you can get formula and special feeding bottles at PetsMart. Hurry! Also....call you vet or your local humane society, they can give you advice on the phone. Good luck.
