In the paragraph menu you can see four icons. They are the left align center align, right align and justified buttons. Select the text you want to right align and click on the right align button
First select the paragraph or even just put the cursor anywhere in the paragraph. Then, pressing Ctrl - R will right align the paragraph.

Do you mean align? Using alignment options from Layer > Align > choose option. If you mean text indent then use Paragraph panel (Window > Paragraph).

Yes that's right, when making websites or when using documents anything like that left align means to the left, right align to the right and center in the center. :)
