∙ 13y agoTo rotate a photo in Photoshop first open an image and select it. Then go to edit> transform> rotate> then rotate the image manually by clicking on one of the corners.
To rotate the image precisely (by degrees) go to Image>Image Rotation>Arbitarary... a new window will pop up and select the degrees of which you'd like to rotate it. Select CW for "clockwise" or CCW for "counter clockwise", then select OK.
