You must download an emulator program like the PCSX2 and get a PS2 Bios from a PS2 and then learn to set up and run the emulator program for the different set ups needed to play PS2 game titles. Hint emulator programs are not easy to set up and run and will never play games like a ps2
Because a emulator must try to duplicate the PS2 and an emulator will never run the PS2 titles with the trouble free capability of the PS2. First they start with the PS2 bios and do not have the same hardware that is in the PS2. They are getting better, but remember that even the Sony corporation has enough trouble using the PS3 to run PS2 games that they stopped making them backward compatible. The PCSX2 is considered the best PS2 emulator and it is still in beta stage of development. The newer released beta's versions like 9.7 and 9.8 for PCSX2 do much better at the fps when the PC also exceeds the recommended levels of performance.
If you mean an emulator see related links
yes, everyone can- u just need a ps2 emulator
No, a DS emulator is not compatible with the PS2
You PC is not at the recommended level and only at the minimum requirements level see related link The emulator needs a certain PC requirement to be able to run frames at 50-60 fps. The emulator do not work like a PS2 and if you are expecting the ease of a PS2 to run your PS2 games you show get a PS2.
You can not unless you learn how to set up and run an emulator and then if that game will work on the emulator you might learn how to set up the PC and emulator to play that game and eventually play the game.
You do not for a number of reasons. PCs without an emulator do not play PS2 games. PS2 games are not CDs they are DVDs. The emulators run files so the games must be downloaded into the PC harddrive and then played. The emulator uses the PS2 bios to play the game and you must have a PS2 to legally download the PS2 Bios. Games are much easier to be played on your PS2 and the emulator does not work on many PS2 titles
