If you mean an animated .gif file, then in Photoshop, you cannot. [It will only save one frame]
But, when you install Photoshop, another program is automatically installed -- Adobe Image Ready.
With ImageReady, you can create and save animations.
Search through your programs and find ImageReady.
Open it, create a new document, [File / New] paste the animation, and go to File / Save Optimized As.
Choose a name, click Save, and you're done.
TO open it, go to File / Open and type in the name or scroll down to find the animation.
